Subscription to Apitracer Pro is free for the first year. After that, the price will depend on whether you take the application with the weighing station or not. The cost is €15 ex-VAT/month without the weighing station, and €40 ex-VAT/month with the associated weighing station.

Yes, it is. The main aim of the Pro version of Apitracer is to provide detailed colony monitoring. The weighing station makes it quick and easy to add an objective measurement of your honey production in the honey house, giving you reliable statistics on your herd. The weight of honey supers can also be entered manually or from an Excel file.

It is better if you do. But solutions exist, you can simply share your internet from your smartphone. You can also store a day's weighing on the station and export it via USB.

Yes, just send us the company code you intend to use. If you have a 3-letters breeder code, we advise you to use it, otherwise any sequence of letters or numbers will do. We'll then create a temporary space for you, either blank or with a sample data set, so that you can familiarize yourself with our system.

The cost of labels is €0.44 plus VAT for a label and its two stainless steel fixing screws. 

We recommend using two labels per super and one per body, but you can choose to use just one on each super.

We can also print on white seminat laser tearproof Novalith paper (140μ).

Yes, of course it’s possible to choose barcode ranges to differentiate between nuclei, hives and beehives. To make a difference between nuclei, swarm and hives we recommend using the second digit for this, to make it as legible as possible: 100,000 for hives, 110,000 for nuclei, 120,000 for beehives, for example.

Different colors of barcode labels are also available to differentiate hives (green) from beehives (orange), as well as nucs (yellow) and supers (white).

All you have to do is e-mail the complete backup file for the Lite version of Apitracer to contact@apitracer.fr, and the data will be transferred directly to your new Pro space.

In this case, we invite you to collect your purchase directly from the store of your new phone. For ApiTracer Pro, all your data is backed up online and can be consulted automatically on your new phone. 

For ApiTracer Lite, if you have an e-mail backup, you can easily transfer it to your new phone.

Apitracer Lite: Yes your data will be deleted , only the in-app purchase can be restored. 

Apitracer Pro : Your data are always saved into the website, you can always acess it even if you delete the app. 

There are two ways of entering data in the ApiTracer PRO application:

- the barcode in the top left-hand corner of the home menu enables rapid entry at apiary level. Data entered in this way is saved in the phone and must then be synchronized. This makes it possible to enter data on an apiary without network coverage, and to synchronize the entry once you have internet access.

- However, the hive information accessible from the info scan at the top right of the home menu or from the hive list requires an internet connection to be read and modified. 

Internet access is therefore required to view a hive's history, to view its operations or to add a new operation, but is not necessary to record harvests, overwintering, stump associations, transhumance and loss declarations. A future update is planned to enable the full application to be used offline.

For ApiTracer Lite, the application is used offline, so you only need the Internet to send your data by e-mail.

Apitracer is available on iPhone, Android and tablet. For the Pro version of Apitracer, a website allows you to consult all data from a computer.

Yes, you can, whether on wooden, plastic or polystyrene boxes: you can attach the barcode labels with the stainless steel screws supplied.

We have tried to create an application that can be used by touching the screen as little as possible. Once your start to scan and your apiary is selected, you can go on without having to tap on your screen again.

We believe that with the noise of the truck, the blowers or simply the use of a waterproof smartphone case, the voice command option should be avoided.

No, we preferred to opt for linear barcodes in order to always have the possibility of reading them without devices.
